Community



A fun family day out on the Redcliffe peninsula, Queensland, to raise funds for Motor Neurone Disease.

Money will go to purchasing equipment for those diagnosed with the disease.

Tickets are per person. There is no limit to the number of people per car.

$35 per adult.
$70 per family (2 adults and 2 children).
$5 for each extra child in the family.

The ticket price also includes lunch at Mon Komo.

There have been kind donations of prizes and there are a variety of other giveaways, too.

Impossible v I'm possible

Nobody told him that it was 
too cold to surf.
He decided it was possible 

to surf that day,
so he did.
If we truly want to access possibilities for ourselves, we should look to young children.

Maybe even younger than the lad in the photo.

Make allies of them.

And listen to them.

When I grow up I want to be an astronaut, says 3 year old who cannot even say astronaut.

She doesn't say, 'I want to be an astronaut if I'm good enough', or.... when the glass ceiling has dissolved, or.... yada yada yada.
